RATED is a social party game for entertainment. By setting up a profile, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Profiles
Provide accurate profile information. Hosting uses a RATED profile with a name. Standard players may join a room as guests with a first name and last initial.
Age eligibility
Some RATED content and features may have age requirements. Follow the eligibility controls provided by your device and do not attempt to bypass them.
Purchases
Purchases made in RATED are processed by the applicable app store and are subject to that store’s payment, subscription, and refund rules. Eligible purchases may be restored through the store account that acquired them.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with other games, attempt to access another person’s profile, or submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing custom content.
Availability and changes
Beta features may change, be interrupted, or be removed. RATED is provided as available without a promise that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Ending your profile
You may delete your profile from the Profile screen. We may suspend access when necessary to protect the service or enforce these terms.
